Fresh flowers and perishable products
Fresh flowers, bouquets, plants, and other perishable products cannot be returned once delivered due to their perishable nature.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help assess the issue.
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- A replacement product
- A partial refund
- A full refund
The remedy offered will depend on the circumstances of the claim.
Non-perishable products
Non-perishable items such as vases, gifts, candles, or other accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
Customers are responsible for returning the items, and postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Delivery issues
Refunds cannot be provided where delivery cannot be completed due to:
- An incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer
- The recipient refusing delivery
- Failure to collect an item where collection arrangements have been agreed
Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Flower substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, some flower varieties may occasionally be substituted. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and designed to maintain the overall style, colour scheme, and quality of the arrangement.
